I've had a few requests now about doing a morning routine so here we gooooooo!! By the way, make sure you leave comments down below, subscribe to the newsletter and ask as many questions a s you want in the contact form!!! Ok so rewind to the night before i go to sleep; i grab either a glass cup, glass jar or glass bottle, fill it up with some water, and squeeze some lemons or some limes into it, and stick it into the back of the fridge. I use glass because they are safe to reuse, unlike plastic bottles which have chemicals in the structure, that enter the liquid/beverage when it's constantly touching it. I add lemons/limes for flavour and because it helps with digestion throughout the day, it works as a natural detox, and it improves the immune system. Additionally, citrus is very good for the skin!! So when i ACTUALLY wake up, the first thing i do is run downstairs to the fridge and grab the water, I then go outside, finish the water and check social media (check out insta posts, send snapchat streaks etc). I go outside just because i love being able to breath fresh air after having gone a whole night being trapped in a room lol. After i complete this, I go to the bathroom and start doing my skincare routine.... TAKE NOTES KIDS cause here comes the juicy info... After rinsing my face with warm and water and The Sanctuary Spa Daily Face Wash, i apply my DIY eye serum. It's made up of a quite a few things but the made ingredients are; homemade coffee oil (i make mine a bit more different so stay up to date on the DIY page to find out how i make this), coconut oil and rosewater. After having done this, i grab my daily moisturizer, 'BEAU Beautiful Face Cream', and mix it with 2 drops of pure tea tree oil, then apply it to my face/neck, rubbing it in circular motion. Lastly, i apply sodium cromoglicate eye drops (to my eyes obviously) and castor oil to my eyelashes. You can easily get the eye drops prescribed to you if you go to your GP/nurse and tell them you simply have dry/itchy eyes. Alternatively, you can just buy them. I use them because my eyes are actually dry, and so it just makes them look clearer and feel better. I apply castor oil to my eyelashes (and eyebrows) twice a day (only apply to eyebrows at night) so they can grow. It also makes them softer meaning that when i apply product to them like mascara or eyebrow gel, they cling onto the the facial hairs better and make them look amazing when i apply makeup on them.
